So, I'm trying to get around to more fandom stuff lately, which I'll always keep public.
But if you want to read about the everyday happenings of fabulous me (joking, joking), you'll have to add me.
I'll add anybody back as long as we have a few things in common.
So just do it! I'm trying to meet more people on LJ. :)
Day 4: Your favorite TV show ever
I don't think anyone really needs an explanation on this one. :)
Day 5: A show you hate
All of my friends loved this show- I thought it was stupid. I just couldn't get into it. They're filming a Massachusetts version right here- Wicked Summer. Good luck trying to capture what it truly means to be a Masshole on camera. Hmmph.
Day 6: Favorite episode of your favorite TV show
House: season 5, episode 10: "Let Them Eat Cake"
The dynamic between them is just phenomenal in this episode. And the end kills me every time.
Day 7: Least favorite episode of your favorite TV show
I don't really have a least favorite episode. Some of this season's episodes are boring me, but I wouldn't say I necessarily "dislike" them.
Day 8: A show everyone should watch
Words cannot express my love for this show. If you like House/Cuddy, you'll love Castle/Beckett. It's the same kind of banter. Stana (Beckett) and Nathan (Castle) have such amazing chemistry. Even if you're not a fan of cop shows, this one is well-written and funny enough to keep you entertained.
Day 9: Best scene ever
Castle: season 1, episode 3, "Hedge Fund Homeboys"
The phone scene
There are seriously no words.
Day 10: A show you thought wouldn't like but ended up loving
I thought this show was going to bore me. WRONG. Seriously, no other show makes me cry so much on a weekly basis. I didn't jump on the bandwagon until last season, and I'm so glad I did!
Really. The only good thing about Monday is that it's the best TV night, haha.
Day 3: Your favorite new show (aired this TV season)
It's a Jerry Bruckheimer production, so it has to be kind of good. Yeah, Dr. Proctor is kind of a wannabe House, but that's okay. What makes it different is that this show focuses on trauma medicine instead of diagnostics. It's definitely a medical "drama". Plus, we're only six episodes in and I already ship Chris/Eva. ;)
Day 2: A show that you wish more people were watching.
Technically, more people can't be watching this show at the moment (season two premieres June 3rd). But that's besides the point. This show is surprisingly well-written, in my opinion. All the characters have great chemistry and most of them have some depth to them. It revolves around brothers Hank and Evan, who moved out to the Hamptons after Hank, a doctor, got fired after a mishap in the ER. Of course, they were offered a deal they couldn't refuse and Hank becomes the area's new concierge doctor. Cue in Jill, the administer of the local hospital, and Divya, Hank's new medical assistant, as their love interests. This is a great show to get you through the summer hiatuses.
